Basic corrective exercise, mobility and intuitive exercise/listening to your body are things that set this program apart from others. I’m not going to just give you workouts and leave you to figure things out on your own. I’ll be coaching you through sticky spots and offering you tips on how to level up your workouts!
3 different tracks (Lifting, HIIT, COMBO), that can be changed each month, so you are guaranteed to find workouts that are fun, challenging and help you reach your goals
Each month has a new theme, with new workouts, starting with Badass Basics, to help you build a solid foundation of basic functional movements.
Daily mobility drills, with new drills introduced each month, to maximize the exercises in your workouts and to help you move better in everyday life.
Everyone starts with Badass Basics. After the first month, you are assigned to your preferred track (Lifting, HIIT, Combo). Lifting Track does require access to a variety of dumbbells and cable machines. HIIT and Combo can be done from home or gym.
All workouts are adaptable for ALL fitness levels.
EQUIPMENT NEEDS: mini loop bands, tube resistance band, light resistance pull-up band, 2 sets of dumbbells, mat, and foam roller. Tennis ball optional for mobility.

Curious why I created this program?
Hey, girl. I'm Jen - a Type - A, recovering perfectionist (although, my Ennegram number is 1, which is Perfectionist!) who figured out a way, through LOTS of trial and error, to find consistency in fitness, nutrition and self-care to create a version of balance that fit my life, without obsession or stress.
I created The Badass Fit Society because I wanted to help women find their version of balance and ditch obsession filled wellness, just like did.
My obsession with exercise looked like working out as often as I could. Rest days were not a thing in my life, unless rest days looked like running 3 miles. I was extremely careful with the food I consumed. I preferred homemade meals to anything else and going out to eat with me usually resulted in someone calling me #highmaintenance. But, because of all that restriction, I’d go ham on some kind of treat, let’s call it a pint of dairy-free ice cream. The cycle would start: guilt, shame, eating whatever you want, then vowing to start eating ‘only healthy things’ starting the next day.
I was NEVER able to live up to the expectations of perfection I put on myself. Do you ever feel like you are always failing at trying to live healthy?
I decided to start living different and started the journey to obsession free wellness and I've never felt better.
I wanted to create a program that focused on fitness, while still talking about nutrition, self-care and mindset, because I firmly believe it's all connected.
It's easy to do 4 week, 6, week, 8 week, 12 week programs. Heck, I used to sell them. They have their place. But, consistency comes when you do things regularly, in every season of life, not just when things are easy. That's why this program is a monthly subscription - so you have resources for the entire year!
